I recently bought a 2007 Porsche Boxster from Shane and was extremely impressed from start to finish. The car was presented beautifully, with a spotless interior and exterior, full service history and a complete folder of paperwork available to view.
What really stood out, though, was the level of preparation once I agreed to buy the car. Before I collected my 2007 Porsche Boxster, Shane arranged a full health check, a full service and a fresh MOT, and committed to sorting any issues that came up. As part of that, the car received new brake discs and pads all round, an air-conditioning service, a new set of front wipers, and a repair to the convertible roof, with the elastic on both sides replaced so that the roof canvas now closes tightly again, like new.
Shane was fantastic to deal with throughout: honest, straightforward and clearly very knowledgeable. He understands that cars of all ages need proper maintenance and, if parts need replacing, he gets them done rather than cutting corners.
I’m delighted with my purchase and the overall experience. I would highly recommend buying a car from this dealer if they have the make and model you’re looking for.

Cannot fault the service at all from Shane and the team. They found me a van and gave it a large service before handing it over, unfortunately there was a fault with the the van which upon making Shane aware was fixed very quickly with a courtesy vehicle supplied at no cost.
Quick repose, honest and reliable.
I would definitely use them again.

I had been keeping an eye out for a high-spec Volvo C30, and when I saw Norwich Cars and Vans, I rang them first thing the next morning. Shane was very professional and helpful over the phone and was able to answer my catalogue of questions.
I explained that we would be coming from over three hours away, to which he said he would send me a walk-around video. I thought this video would be two minutes at most; however, he sent me a very in-depth walk-around that was ten minutes long, showing every inch of the vehicle.
He also explained that he could arrange for the delivery of the vehicle, but to be honest, my partner and I were both very eager to see the car in person and take it for a test drive.
We asked Shane if it would be possible to view the vehicle around 6pm, as this was the only time we could get there. He was happy to accommodate this. When we arrived, Shane left us alone to check the vehicle out, and we felt no pressure, unlike our experiences in the past at big car dealerships.
We both took the vehicle for a test drive with Shane, and we were both really happy with it.
In total, we were at the dealership for around 2.5 hours. We had a very nice informal chat, and Shane was a nice guy to talk with. We didn’t feel any pressure whatsoever and weren’t made to feel rushed.
We put a deposit down and were informed that we could collect the car up to two weeks later, after a fresh 12-month MOT, service, and especially after the cam belt and water pump were completed. Knowing that the cam belt would be done definitely cemented our decision to buy the car. Shane explained that if he cannot prove the vehicle had the cam belt done in the last three years, he does it as standard.
The following weekend, we were told the Volvo was ready for collection. We explained that we would be taking the train to avoid driving two cars back. Shane kindly offered to pick us up from the train station, despite it being around 20 minutes from his forecourt.
It's a very sound motor and definitely a very sound guy. You can tell Shane is very passionate about his business and his customers. I would definitely recommend.

Easiest 5 Star Review - I am very thankful to Norwich Cars and Vans!
I contacted Shane a little stressed because my car battery had decided to malfunction. It was a Sunday and I wasn’t expecting any response from him until the Monday due to it being the weekend but he kindly came out of his way the Sunday evening to look over the car and sort a plan with me. By the Monday, Shane came out to jumpstart the car so I could get it to the garage and then dropped me back home, that is top quality service before any work has taken place!
I knew I had left my car in safe hands, it was stress free and I was given updates during the week of what needed doing, whilst being very understanding of how much I wanted to spend to sort the repairs.
To top it all off Shane kindly pick me up to collect my car and it was lovely to have it back all beautifully cleaned inside and out. I will be returning to Shane for my MOT in the coming months! Thanks again for being so helpful and providing amazing customer service - you deserve all the success!

Having sadly said goodbye to my beloved Mazda MX5 after 18ys, I was looking for a replacement vehicle.
Walking around every car showroom I could think of, I was despairing of finding anything that wasn't overpriced or, quite frankly, a shed on wheels.
I lost count of the car mots and histories I checked.
So I was absolutely delighted to come across Shane at Norwich Cars & Vans.
It is so refreshing to find a car dealer who actually listens to what the customer wants instead of just trying to make a quick sale.
His knowledge of and enthusiasm for vehicles is obvious (both 4 and 2 wheeled varieties!)
I booked a test drive in a Citroen C3 Picasso- low mileage and excellent condition.
There was absolutely no pressure or hard-sell, and all my queries were answered.
The decision to buy was easy.
Shane was happy to share the names of the local, reputable garages he uses for MOT and servicing.
The car was given a full health check, a new, no advisory MOT and a FULL service - I saw the bill, so know what work was done.
I'm delighted with my new car, and it drives like a dream.
