Having sadly said goodbye to my beloved Mazda MX5 after 18ys, I was looking for a replacement vehicle.
Walking around every car showroom I could think of, I was despairing of finding anything that wasn't overpriced or, quite frankly, a shed on wheels.
I lost count of the car mots and histories I checked.
So I was absolutely delighted to come across Shane at Norwich Cars & Vans.
It is so refreshing to find a car dealer who actually listens to what the customer wants instead of just trying to make a quick sale.
His knowledge of and enthusiasm for vehicles is obvious (both 4 and 2 wheeled varieties!)
I booked a test drive in a Citroen C3 Picasso- low mileage and excellent condition.
There was absolutely no pressure or hard-sell, and all my queries were answered.
The decision to buy was easy.
Shane was happy to share the names of the local, reputable garages he uses for MOT and servicing.
The car was given a full health check, a new, no advisory MOT and a FULL service - I saw the bill, so know what work was done.
I'm delighted with my new car, and it drives like a dream.
I wish Shane every success in his business and would recommend anyone to visit and be confident that his stock is genuinely sourced and you will be treated well- as a valued customer.

Agree with all the 5 star comments... Shane was amazing from start to finish. You can tell he really cares about cars and making sure the customer is happy. He was communicative, easy to deal with, kind, passionate and professional. I'm in love with my Honda Civic and Shane provided a new MOT and service before giving me the keys. I really wish him the best of luck with his venture and if he can keep up this level of customer service, he'll rightly absolutely smash it.

Met shane through recommendation Sunday morning absolutely a credit to the motor trade i was in an emergency situation to source a vehicle shane pull out every stop possible to forful this nothing was a problem kindly collected us from our home adress and a suitable vehicle was purchased by us within the hour. Absolutely superb service from start to finish, Shane was extremely helpful, I needed a car almost emergency quick after explaining the situation he really did pull out all the stops to get car ready, he insisted he had the car prepped and certain work carried out before I collected even though I was probably being impatient. crack of dawn on a Saturday I was able to collect the car, Thanks again I realise the effort you put in and the juggling you did.
